• Plan, balance, and payment operation data.

Connected Kommo account

LeadsAlarm does not read customer conversations.

• OAuth tokens and connected account domain.
• Lead, contact, task, pipeline, and stage identifiers and names.
• Client name and phone for Telegram cards.
• Statuses, responsible users, task deadlines, and timestamps.
• Source and comment values only from fields explicitly selected by the owner.

4. Processing purposes

• Operate and improve the service.
• Identify users and enforce account access.
• Deliver leads and alerts to selected Telegram users.
• Perform user-requested lead updates in Kommo.
• Maintain billing, balance, and payment records.

5. Cookies

Cookies support website operation and analytics.

6. Transfer and retention

Data may be transmitted to Telegram, Kommo, payment providers, and infrastructure providers only as required for the relevant operation.
