Setup guide
Connect LeadsAlarm to Kommo in 2 minutes
Open the Telegram bot, approve Kommo access, then choose pipelines and alerts in the bot. No coding or CRM setup is required.
Connection and setup

Open the bot in Telegram
Open @LeadsAlarmKommoBot and send /start.

Start Kommo authorization
Tap 🔌 Connect Kommo, then tap Open Kommo.

Approve access in Kommo
Confirm OAuth access in the Kommo window.

Return to Telegram
After authorization, go back to Telegram and send /start again.

Choose what to monitor
Open ⚙️ Settings, then use 📂 Select pipelines and 🔔 Notification settings.
- Free: 1 pipeline.
- PRO: up to 10 pipelines.
What alerts you will receive
LeadsAlarm uses the real alert types available in the Telegram bot.
Leads without tasks
An active lead has no next task scheduled.
Overdue tasks
A task deadline has passed and needs attention.

Check connection state, selected pipelines, active checks, balance, and current problem counts.
⚙️ Settings
Open the main setup menu for pipelines, notifications, disconnect, and account deletion.
📂 Select pipelines
Choose which Kommo pipelines LeadsAlarm should monitor.
🔔 Notification settings
Enable or disable each alert type and open frequency controls.

Use PRO when one pipeline and the default interval are not enough.

After connection
Keep the bot in Telegram. LeadsAlarm checks selected pipelines and sends alerts there when one of the enabled scenarios appears.
