LeadsAlarm is a pay-as-you-go service with daily billing.
Users top up their balance and are charged only for actual usage.
Refunds
You may request a refund for the unused balance.

Limitations
Refunds do not apply to amounts already charged for service usage.
Timeframe
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the top-up.
