How LeadsAlarm works
Below is a short setup and usage guide for LeadsAlarm. If you need help with a specific case, write to [email protected].
Connection and launch

Open the bot in Telegram
Go to Telegram and open the bot @LeadsAlarmKommoBot .

Start the setup
Send the /start command and tap “Connect kommoCRM”.

Approve access in kommoCRM
You will be redirected to the kommoCRM window where you confirm OAuth access to your account.

Choose pipelines and alert types
After connecting, choose the pipelines you need and turn on the key monitoring scenarios.
- FREE: one pipeline.
- PRO: up to ten pipelines.

Receive alerts in Telegram
After setup, the bot starts regular checks and sends signals about risky deals and tasks.
What you can do after connection
Check current status
Use the Status button to quickly see the state of the integration.
- Active pipelines.
- Presence of unassigned leads.
- Deals without tasks.
- Overdue tasks.
- Overall connection health.
Manage notifications
Inside settings you can update alert types and change how the service runs.
- Enable or disable separate monitoring scenarios.
- Pause notifications and resume them later.
- Change plan.
- Disconnect kommoCRM and delete the account.
